SocialSpot is a location-based social app that helps you discover the people around you, see what they’re about, and connect through the platforms you already use, instead of endless scrolling.
Coming soon to the App Store for iPhone and iPad
SocialSpot gives you a simple way to see who is around you, learn what they care about, and connect through the platforms they already use. Whether you’re on campus, downtown, at an event, or exploring a new city, SocialSpot makes nearby connection feel natural.
Add a photo, a short bio, your school, and the social accounts you want to share. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email.
Turn on Share Location and open the map to discover people within about 500 feet who have also chosen to be visible.
Tap anyone on the map or in the Nearby list to see their profile and connect through their linked platforms.
A live map centered on you, with a 500-foot discovery radius showing people who choose to share their presence.
Everyone in range in one scrollable list: photo, name, age, school, short bio and how far away they are.
Show your personality with a photo from your library or camera, a bio and your school.
Link Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and more, so people can find you on the platforms you already use.
Turn visibility on or off whenever you want. Switch it off and you disappear from the map instantly.
Built to help people meet, not disappear into another feed. Dark mode and satellite view included.
SocialSpot is built around consent and visibility. Location sharing is optional and off until you turn it on, you can disappear from the map at any time, and you decide what people see before they connect with you.
